Callaway's Education Department, the scientific and educational outreach arm of Callaway Resort & Gardens, helps visitors gain a better understanding of the living world. The schedule of activities includes a year-round lineup of classes, lectures, tours, demonstrations, guided walks, and environmental education sessions for all ages.

One of Callaway's most popular programs brings students face to face with hawks, owls or falcons up close, with handlers sharing how each bird lives, hunts, and survives in the wild.
