Because your services are reserved especially for you, we ask that you notify the spa at least 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. The full value of the service will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
A 25% service charge is added to all services and packages for gratuity. Additional gratuities may be given at your discretion for exceptional service.
We recommend dressing comfortably. You will be provided a locker with a spa robe and sandals upon arrival. Our service providers are trained to accommodate whatever level of attire you are most comfortable with during your treatment.
We highly recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your appointment. All spa amenities — including saunas, steam rooms, lockers, and relaxation areas — are included with any scheduled service. Treatments begin and end at the scheduled time, and adjustments cannot be made for late arrivals. You will receive an intake form with your confirmation; we encourage you to complete it before your arrival.

The Spa at Callaway is located on the lower level of The Lodge at 4500 Southern Pine Drive, Pine Mountain, GA 31822. Gardens Admission is not required to visit.
