Spring Food & Wine Weekends run March 12 through May 19, 2027. Fridays from 5 PM to 9 PM at Cason's Garden, and Saturdays and Sundays from 10 AM to 6 PM at multiple locations throughout the gardens.
Your choice of a 5 or 10 item lanyard lets you enjoy curated food and drink pairings at iconic Callaway locations throughout the gardens. Gardens Admission is sold separately.
Yes. Gardens Admission is required and sold separately from the Tasting Tour Lanyard.
Early bloomers typically appear in early to mid-March, peak bloomers run from mid-March to early April, and late bloomers carry through early to mid-April. The Callaway Brothers Azalea Bowl features over 4,000 azaleas across 40 acres with more than 700 varieties.
Easter Weekend at Callaway includes Robin Lake Beach Egg Hunts on Saturday and Sunday beginning at 2 PM, an Easter Sunrise Service on Sunday at 7 AM at the Ski Pavilion, and Easter Day Brunch in the Longleaf Ballroom at the Lodge and Spa. All garden activities are included with Gardens Admission.
Yes. Easter Brunch is held Sunday, March 28 at 11 AM and 2 PM in the Longleaf Ballroom. Reservations are required.
The Gardens to Table Dinner Series is a monthly culinary event featuring an elaborate themed dinner with special guest speakers from across the culinary industry. Held the last Thursday of each month from March through August 2026. Spots are limited and reservations are required.
Canvas at Callaway is a 1.5-hour painting experience at the Discovery Center Lake Overview, available Saturdays and Sundays at 12 PM and 2 PM during Food & Wine Weekends. Participants can follow along with a group-led artwork or create their own.
