Built for small, quiet gatherings, the Ida Cason Callaway Memorial Chapel features a stone altar, a handmade Möller pipe organ, and stained-glass windows that catch the light throughout the day. Set on the edge of the lake, it offers a peaceful setting for small programs and reflective moments.

Tucked inside the Lodge and Spa, the Cypress Room offers a close, low-key setting for smaller gatherings. Picture windows and direct access to the Ironwood Courtyard bring the outdoors in, making it a favorite for breakout sessions, welcome dinners, and working breakfasts.

Shaded by trees and centered around a stone fireplace, the Ironwood Courtyard suits cocktail-style receptions, working lunches, and welcome gatherings. Paired with the adjoining Cypress Room, it gives groups an easy flow between indoor and outdoor space.

Callaway's largest indoor venue, the Longleaf Ballroom is built for large-scale gatherings. A bright pre-function area overlooking Robin Lake gives guests a place to gather before the doors open to the main event.

An open lawn and terrace overlooking Robin Lake, the Longleaf Lawn works for outdoor programs, receptions, or both, with plenty of room to gather under the stars once the sun goes down.

With open architecture, high ceilings, and a wraparound deck overlooking Mountain Creek Lake, the Callaway Discovery Center offers a different kind of backdrop for a meeting or gathering, one with the Gardens just outside the door.

Set right on Robin Lake, the Ski Pavilion is surrounded by water on nearly every side. Its open, covered design works as a blank canvas, ready to take on whatever style a group has in mind for their event.

A gazebo set among forty acres of wooded garden makes the Azalea Bowl a fitting spot for an small outdoor gathering, with shaded paths throughout a true woodland setting.

A flexible event space on Callaway's grounds, Cason's Garden gives groups room to build the event exactly as they imagine it, from a tented dinner to a casual outdoor gathering. It's a relaxed setting for any occasion, with space to make your own.

This flexible ballroom space features 16-foot ceilings and seating for up to 400 guests. The ballroom can split into three smaller breakout sections to host breakouts and other events. 

Four Sourwood breakout meeting rooms, each 450 sq. ft., can accommodate classic setups from a U-shape for 10 to Theater for 50 attendees. Each room features abundant natural light. 

This well-appointed space features a fixed boardroom table for 20 attendees, with views of the lake and lawn. The boardroom features executive leather chairs and padfolios for an elevated setting.

Four breakout rooms in the Bayberry wing of the Conference Center offer small to medium gatherings of standard set ups from U-Shape to Theater. Each room features abundant natural light.
