For meetings of 40 attendees or fewer, this streamlined package brings together meeting space, catering, and basic audio-visual for one straightforward per-person rate. A dedicated meetings team member handles the details, leaving more time to focus on the agenda.

Through December 31, 2026, meetings held Sunday through Thursday are priced at $105+tax per person.

Meeting Room

  • Meeting room access from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Standard setup (theater, U-shape, or classroom)
  • Basic staging (head table, podium)

Catering

  • Continental breakfast (coffee, tea, juice, pastries)
  • Mid-morning break (snacks and refreshed beverages)
  • Lunch (buffet or plated)
  • Afternoon break (light snacks and beverages)

Audio-Visual

  • Screen and projector
  • LCD projector
  • Flipchart and markers
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi
